Our story begins not in a restaurant, but in the heart of a dream... The story of Anatolia Turkish Food is not just about food it’s the story of a dream that was born in the warmth of a kitchen, shaped with hard work, and brought to life thousands of miles away.
It all started in 1988, in the historic city of Kayseri, Turkey the homeland of kebab. A young man named Mahmut Elbasi began his journey not as a chef, but at the dishwashing sink of the well-known Elmacıoglu Restaurant. In Turkey and many parts of the world this is how it often begins: true masters are not born; they grow, step by step, in the kitchen.

Chicken Kebap
Charcoal-grilled skewers of cubed chicken. Served on lavash bread with rice and bulgur pilav, accompanied by grilled pepper and tomatoes.
Lahmacun
A super-thin pita dough topped with a seasoned mixture of ground meat and vegetables. Baked until crisp, it offers a perfect crunch with every bite. Best enjoyed rolled with a squeeze of lemon and sumac with onions.

We had a wonderful experience here, popped in without reservations they actually set up a table for us. The food was fabulous the service was unbelievable. We had the mix plate and chicken kebabs. The rice pudding was also fantastic. I was blown away by the service and all the little extras they brought out like a delicious lentil soup

Came here to celebrate my brother’s birthday with my family — we were a party of five. We started with the meze platter, which was a fantastic way to begin the meal. Everything was incredibly fresh, packed with flavour, and there was more than enough for all five of us to enjoy as an appetizer. For our mains, we ordered the grill platter (which is recommended for five people), and it absolutely delivered. I can’t put into words how delicious and beautifully presented it was. Generous portions, incredible flavour, and great value for the price — an absolute winner. For dessert, we all had the house-made kunafa, which was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Fresh, warm, and beautifully done. Our server was knowledgeable, professional, and very well-trained. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back — there were plenty of other mouthwatering dishes on the menu that we can’t wait to try!

What truly made our visit exceptional was our server Mehtab, she’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Finally open - this place is amazing. Great decor, amazing food, super service. They’re in soft opening mode so glad we got to try a variety of options. Their dips are incredible - must try. We had the chicken kabab, adana, and chicken steaks. Everything tasted super. They served fresh breads too, along with the turkish tea to finish off.
